Training is a natural extension of my work as a lawyer in labour law, from the works council of yesterday to the CSE of today. In Mulhouse and throughout the Haut-Rhin, I help elected members understand their mandate, exercise their powers to the full and secure their decisions — without needless jargon, with concrete points of reference and cases drawn from practice.
Your training rights as an elected member
The Labour Code grants CSE elected members specific rights to training. Knowing the essentials helps you make the most of them:
Economic training
In companies with at least 50 employees, full members elected for the first time are entitled to economic training lasting up to 5 days, renewable after 4 years in office. It is funded by the CSE operating budget (article L. 2315-63 of the Labour Code).
Health and safety training (SSCT)
All elected members, both full members and alternates, are entitled to training in health, safety and working conditions: 5 days for a first term of office, 3 days on renewal. Its cost is borne by the employer (article L. 2315-18 of the Labour Code).
I help you assert these rights and get the most out of every training session, whatever your training provider.
What I bring you
Understanding your mandate
Powers, meetings, agendas, minutes, the duty of discretion: the right reflexes day to day.
Your means of action
Delegation hours, CSE budgets, recourse to expert appraisal, protection of elected members, the offence of obstruction.
Consultations & negotiation
The committee's mandatory consultations and the points requiring attention in collective bargaining.
Health, safety & psychosocial risks
The role of the CSE and the SSCT committee in prevention, investigations and psychosocial risks.
Sensitive situations
Restructuring, collective redundancies, job protection plans, the right to raise an alert: understanding the procedures and the committee's role.
Tailor-made sessions
I build with you a programme suited to your committee, your company and your concrete questions — for a half-day, a full day or a more complete cycle.
